Often experses should be splitted between different projects. Example: Travel and hotel cost of one journey should be divided between 2 projects.
When a user tracks them, the next step is to submit them. In this step the system should allow to enter multiple projects and percentages. The system should check if the total is 100% (to ensure all expenses are covered) and create the appropriate bookings for a finance interface.
