after quality Order Closing, there will be a "Failed" quantity that was not passed Quality Tests so, this quantity needs to have control on it only in a separate status or location to be handled separately depends on the decision and its source if it is Originally Purchased or Coming form Production

Basically this raises the need to perform a quality check and configure a separate follow up process on the failed quantity instead of the full quality order quantity.
Example: When testing 100 pieces of an item, and only 20 out of 100 fail the test, 80 pieces can still be moved into inventory where the failed 20 pieces should be moved to a scrap or return location.
