Dynamics 365 Business Central is being promoted widely in the middle east as a powerful and capable product, and there is a high demand on this product due to its flexibility, user friendly, mobility, unlimited packed features and most importantly being extendible. Although, Business Central Cloud is still not released by Microsoft to Arab Countries - Middle East.

We have implemented several Dynamics NAV installations using the W1 version. Isn't that possible for Dynamics 365 Business Central for Arab Countries ? Microsoft has already fulfilled this requirement in other 365 Products CE, 365 F&O with supported by Arabic Language pack as well.

Although, it is not the case for Business Central. On the latest international availability guide, there is only United Arab Emirates, which it is provided by 3rd part partner. How about Jordan, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon?

Let us know of any plans for the next batches of "Arab" countries in the middle east and their rollout cadence. We are not talking about one country, it is a region of multiple big countries with huge number of existing Microsoft Customers.

We highly appreciate your feedback,

Thank you for your feedback. It seems that requested feature has meanwhile been made available. The most of Middle East - Arab Countries are already available or they will be available with 2022 Wave 2.

Hi Microsoft,

We are a startup company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We can operate using the English Language but our business environment & ecosystem operates in Arabic. We chose Microsoft because of Microsoft and hence we need to get an Arabic version for Business Central and the rest of the Apps. The MENA is a huge & growing market, and small companies need Microsoft on their side to scale grow & flourish.

I've given my Vote, thank you Mahmoud!

I'm a co-owner of a company called Alamana in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and I was approached so many times by Odoo, Oracle and Sap's small and medium business ERP and they have already translated to Arabic, even though it doesn't compare to Business Central, Companies are signing with them because they don't consider you as an option if you don't translate
all that I'm saying is that you are losing a market share in the middle east every month you don't translate to Arabic
I'm holding the board of directors until the end of 2020 but after that you will lose most of the businesses in Jeddah and I grantee it.
from a fan your products, Best regards

In Aug 2018 I got a promise from Microsoft Sales team that Business Central cloud will be available in KSA by Nov 2018.

After few months and at the begin of year 2019, the same team promised the same but by Nov 2019.

Microsoft should gave the same level of attention to Business Central cloud, as a long user of NAV since 2008; I encourage the release on Busincess Central in KSA specially and Arab contiries ASAP.

There many companies has left AX 2009, 2012 and F&O and started using local systems as well as Odoo going very strongly in the Market due to the very cheap prices.

Thanks Mahmoud for posting the Idea which I've posted the same several times but deleted for unknown reasons.
