Currently machine learning can only be deployed on sandbox or production environments, but many partners want to demo this feature.
When and how will it be possible to do so?

Due to the changes with the Machine Learning service, we are closing this request for now. A new recommendations engine is being developed and we will plan to ensure this can be deployed in demo environments as well as production.
