PG and Support team recommendation on the issue.

The query runs under 2min in the production env, but report processing can't complete likely due to volume of records

the report takes a very long time to process all data that should be displayed, and eventually fails. The recommendation is to reduce the amount of data.

The report the customer is running produces almost 1 million records. The journalized journal contains too many entries. They need to narrow down the lines.

 We need the PG to work on improving performance or the timeout limit on this report for the journalized journals report. to be able to process more records without failing for huge number of lines.
