There is an increasing pressure from the customers for us to implement the Edit in excel function on MacOS. But for now there is no such future plans to my knowledge. Can it be done?

Thank you for reaching out. Your suggestion seems to be a duplicate of the following suggestion where opening in Excel Online first would give you the opportunity to view in Excel Online as well as switch to Excel for Mac.
