The use case:


Customer 1234 with Policy 89 and Policy 65, purchases a new Policy 23. Add this customer to a 'existing customer purchased new policy' segment and send to communication platform. Must have Customer Profile attributes and Policy 23 attributes sent for personalisation purposes.


Using the current segmentation and customer profile features we can only create a segment and pass through the customer profile attributes. The customer profile entity needs to be able to handle 1:many nested attributes for our use case.
