Users are having difficulty with Command Ribbon because options are totally not visible (vs being grayed out in CRM 2011) when not available. For example, in Quotes, you can�t Create A Contract or Revise until you Final Save. In 2011 you could at least see the grayed out options. In 2013, the options don�t even appear until after you final save. Also, Users are frequently not checking under �More Commands� (�) - would be helpful if the number of displayed buttons outside the ellipsis was configurable.
