Request to add "Manual Review Rate" metric into Case Management reports, as its a KPI that we measure with our manual review team. This "Manual review rate" metric is defined as the ratio of the “case count manually reviewed by a selected set of Manual Review Agents" vs. “total number of cases reviewed (i.e., either by a Manual Review Agent or auto-decisioned by the 'System').”

Thank you for this valuable feedback. We are happy to announce that we released "Agent review rate" as a new key performance indicator within the Case Management Report in Nov 2023.
