Currently, there is no functionality implemented to obtain audit logs that show which users accessed which model-driven apps, or who executed the “Export to Excel” function in a model-driven app and when.

When handling sensitive information in model-driven apps, adding the ability to capture audit logs for user access to specific apps and the execution of the “Export to Excel” function—including who performed it and when—would significantly enhance usability for users.
