Would you please add extra text fields on Sales Header and Sales Line?

Users often add memo or notes about sales order. I

I understand there is comments in Action menu and Memo in Factbox. For users, those fields are difficult to find.

Comment list needs some clicks to open and Memo has to open.

Sales Lines does not have an extra text field.
