As financial dimensions are used only for "internal cost accounting" purposes and are therefore under no law restictions they can be changed after posting.

Unfortunately financial dimension values are posted wrong (e.g. company, site, project,...) a lot of time, and it is very time consuming to correct it manually only because of the wrong dimension value (because the main account is correct). A traceable possibilty to adjust the dimension value would be an easy way to solve this.
