If Create Missing Codes in the definition of a rapid start package is activated, the user can insert a new record, if the related table does not exist.
For example, import items, and activate "create missing code" for the manufactures.
When importing, the manufacturers will be created.
By design a record will always be inserted, even with empty codes.
The idea is, to deactivate the insert of "empty" primary keys - if no data is entered, the is no need of a related record.
