Request changes to Australia/New Zealand Localization in regards to 3 fields on the Vendor, Customer Card and Company Information cards. The captions of these fields change depending on the Language code selected (English (Australia) or English (New Zealand)). However if a user works in a database where the are companies in both New Zealand and Australia the naming of these fields causes confusion and clashes and can’t expect the User to keep changing their language code.
The 3 fields are
- VAT Registration
- Aus - Exemption Certificate
- NZ - GST Registration
- GLN
- Aus - GLN
- NZ - NZBN
- IRD No.
- Aus - ACN
- NZ - IRD
Reason for requesting split is these fields service different purposes in each country and when a business has companies in both countries causes issues on master data setup and printed documents.
Solution required
1. VAT Registration and GST Registration can be same field. Exemption Certificate No. needs to be a separate field.
2. NZBN needs to be a separate field
3. CAN needs to be a separate field.
