While creating Duplicate detection rule on any entity in CRM 2013, you are not able to find the custom currency type field in the dropdown list except the default currency field.

For Example : On Opportunity entity, we do have other OOB currency data type fields i.e. Estimated revenue, discount field etc. which we are not able to find in the Detection rule selection list.

Thanks for the feedback. In the current 2016 release, settings for Duplicate detection rules have changed.  In the rules settings, there is only field, criteria, and number of characters to match. Currency type value options (or any value options) are not displayed for selection. Regardless of currency type, duplicate detection should be able to detect possible duplicates on currency.
