When printing quote impossible to sort the records and use the lastitem functionnality as this one become mixed up.
No possibility to have also a property set in the CRMTemplate.dot document that will give us the number of records and be able to use it during the mailmerge for printing the final total.
By having this feature we will not have to touch the CRMTemplate.dot coding and this will not be a problem in case of Microsoft fix as this template is digitally signed by MS.

I am agree with the fact that you can sort the selected records but when you do it the lastitem flag position is lost and can be at any record location and cannot be used to diagnose the print of final totals

Hello, when creating a mail merge, it is possible to sort the selected records by clicking the sort link on the recipients dialog. perhaps we are understanding your suggestion wrong. can you please help provide a few screenshots that describe the specific issue you are facing?

The problem is just link to the fact that the lastitem flag that can be used to print the total amount of tha amount can be located at any place after a sort This is my main concern . To turn around this problem the solution will be to modify the VB in CRMTemplate.dot to add a document property that will give us the possibility to do the break by counting the records. The problem is just that if i do that i lost the Microsoft digital signature of Microssoft at the template level . Thats all folks
