After the new e-mail editor was introduced with the Wave 1 in April 2020, the default font, set on the platform, is “Segoe UI”. I can change that font manually, each time I am editing an e-mail. Currently there is no option to set a different font as a default font.
Before Wave 1, I was able to set a default font for all my e-mail activities, by changing my default browser font settings. This is no longer the case with the new email editor.

Our staff that use D365 feel that this should be a basic function, and not having the ability to change the text default for emails adds to the frustration of using D365.
