This to be able to inspect inventory and items being produced to ensure the product quality.

An option would be to add an inventory status to an inventory record. Examples could be:
1 - inventory is ok, does not have to be inspected
2 - inventory has to be inspected
3 - inventory has to be reworked internally
4 - inventory should be send back to supplier for rework
5 - inventory should be send back to supplier for replacement
6 - inventory should be scrapped.
7 - inventory is inspected and is ok.

Items must have a default quality status (when receiving it or when output is reported).
A vendor quality status might overrule the item quality status.
An vendor/item reference might overrule above 2 rules.
