New Command bar Email actions have been added to the timeline. Having the option to turn these actions on or off in the timeline would be good. As our users do not forward or reply to emails directly from within Dynamics. We are finding email activities are to easily created with these actions as the forward -> is to similar to open. These actions are also right beside the open record button and no warning is given. The email activity is created as soon as clicked on.
