Add Color Styling to Sections and Columns

It would be nice to have additional styling elements for Sections and even Columns. Right now there is "Section Padding" and "Section Margin." Additional elements could be background color, border color, border size, etc. You could even allow for different default font styles within a section or column.

This feature would be an important update for my organization and comes standard on many competitor platforms.
