Audit Log Policy

Make it possible to define policies how long to keep audit logs for a specific entity.

Today you can delete audit logs only for a specific time periode. We have different needs to store this audit logs for different time span.

1. audit space should cost the same as cool blob, its very expensive now
2. audit should be easy to fully transfer (its impossible to fully transfer under ANY circumstance, ie kingsway or roll your own)
3. dont force us to keep a minimum of 1 quarter worth of log data
4. dont bill for log until the above is fixed

Or just make it possible to free up/delete the expensive audit log space per entity.
