From PU52 onwards - there is no new restriction added which will not allow users to add an Account structure in Ledger page if 'Ledger structure synchronization' job execution for another account structure addition is Executing.

This has huge impact to Brookfield with regards to Productivity as we configure multiple legal entities on an ongoing basis, each legal entity has at least 7 to 12 account structures to be added in Ledger page. It means we must wait 40 minutes for adding each account structure, someone must wait this much longer, and it takes us 10 * 40 minutes for completing this process for one legal entity which is counterproductive.

This was not the case in PU48 and lower versions.

Addition of this new restriction from PU52 is not helpful which should be reverted.
