We have enabled Relationship Insights preview on our organization and we have noticed that two feature simply do not work in our instance:

The Email insights section- it is enabled, deployed, and published but it does not appear in the email view. MS Support has confirmed that they have seen this behavior is some other organizations.
Within the Dynamics app in Outlook, we can choose to track emails, but the "follow" functionality does not work. When selected, it says "Adding follow information..." but it does not resolve. None of the corresponding insights data is being gathered.

We would like to be able to "follow" an email sent from Outlook, that has the Set Regarding selected, so we can see if the customer opens it.
