I agree. There's a lot of wasted space on the schedule right now in the weekend and outside normal working hours. As a dispatcher/planner you want as much information as possible to be as effective as possible in your work.

Of cause this needs to be a setting, as you might need to book ressources for extraordinary circumstances outside of normal hours.

Field Service covers lot more business processes, than what BC's service mgmt module can cover. Yet, FS requires an accounting solution for which BC fits in nicely. So if these 2 have native integration, the combination will be very powerful.

I don't understand the standard in this point... why should different legal entities be forced to view item descriptions all in the same language?
The only answer is that who designed this did not think that legal entities could be in countries with different language...
I also strongly encourage to change this asap: very low effort with very big benefit.

This field is very important to easily identify who is managing the account and allowing filters in reporting. Very surprised this is not a standard feature in Dynamix as is with other ERP Systems.

Big problem for one of our clients as well. There should be the ability at the ship to level to specify it there is VAT associated or not.
