I've received this same request from several prospects now....

This appears to be a common requirement for E-commerce. As the solution becomes more omnichannel I imagine this capability will be needed more and more.

The omission of this functionality (or an intentional, by-design alternative) is quite curious considering how common of a scenario this is. Also considering that there are relevant functions baked in to the France and Norway localizations of BC...

MS Teams has live events, why not use MS product, I contacted ON24 they are so expensive, it is only for large org that can afford it. Webinars should be available to all, and using MS Teams should be the one out of the box

I completely agree. This is a MUST have and should allow the user to choose what period they want it to reverse to. It's a basic functionality like Justin said.

The omission of this seems more like a bug than a feature. The point of a G/L allocation is to bust the balance out to different accounts and dimensions. The fact that it was overlooked for the balance type allocation seems like an oversight.

What works today is to use the Elimination process for the Investment Project and eliminate to a general ledger account (Example: Fixed Asset Construction-In-Progress or clearing account). From there, you can do journal entries to move the acquisition cost to multiple fixed assets.

Our College is also experiencing this same issue with CRM and Safe Attachments being stuck in ATP Scan in Progress. This is a major disruption to our every day 400 CRM users as they have go into another mailbox to see the attachment. The suggestion to change our Safe Attachments settings to replace will create duplicate emails for all users, approximately 250,000. This is not a valid option.

This is a Microsoft product and should work seamlessly across all product lines.

This has been resolved now with our UK CSP Trustmarque.
