On counting journal workflow, showed an error on screen when you clicked submit and don’t allow it to go to workflow until the counted field has been populated on all the lines.

Currently it is possible to submit and approve a counting journal workflow when the counted field has not been populated on all the lines.
In this case you are stuck. You get an error when you try and post this journal ‘Nothing has been entered on the line’. You cannot edit/fixed the journal because it is not in draft, and you cannot delete the journal.
