We are struggling to understand license usage for CRM application for last few months, and wanted to create report to show data related to CRM user licenses assigned for Enabled Users in all instances we have.

Possibly, two reports can be created like:

1. Report showing Enabled users in each instance, with all User form data and Licenses they consume
2. Vice versa, report showing different Licenses and which all users consuming license at what instance.

And If user is not active on any of instance i.e. disabled then that will help us to revoke that license.
