Please create a possibility to have:
Multiple choice question in a drop-down format with an open text option for 'other' choice.

This is urgently needed. I have a list that is over 300 choices long. The only workaround I can think of is doing a multiple choice and then asking if someone wants to add another choice and then branching to a new question with same responses and letting them do that several times. Not ideal.
