Currently, Dynamics 365 Marketing scoring function doesn't work with the survey results on Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.

Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey can directly check the customer's interest and concern so this would increase CVR and lead to more efficient scoring on Dynamics 365 Marketing.

We strongly suggest this survey result should work with Dynamics 365 Marketing scoring, such as returned surveys should be scored at least.
