When opening a position Talent recognises what operating using you are currently active in and uses that in the Legal entity drop down. we feel that this would be useful to default to the positions paid by so that regardless what legal entity it is viewed under you can see the information without having to search for it. This is particularly important when managers / non HR staff look inquire because they may not have sufficient access to amend the dropdown therefore the only way would be to change current Operating Unit (Legal Entity) making the process more complicated than it needs to be.
