1. Shop Connector Enhancements
Filter Sync to Ship on Shopify: Add a filter option to only include records where Shopify Order Number <> ‘’.
Filter Add Request Page: Enable filtering by Shopify Order No. = WEB*.
Shipment Method Mapping: Add Resource Code to mapping options.
Use Case: Resource codes are used to record shipping charge values through to the GL.
Shopify Transactions: Include Order No. for user visual verification.
Customer Page Link: Add a direct link to the Shopify Customers page.
2. Shopify Shop Configurations
Customer Creation Filters: Add configurable filters when searching existing BC customer lists for matches.
Use Case: ERP may have multiple accounts with the same email/phone; need a way to define filter criteria for prioritization.
Default Salesperson Code: Allow configuration for segregating Webshop B2C customers from other groups.
Order Number Series: Add options for defining a WEBSHOP order number series separate from default BC Sales & Rec No.
3. BC Shopify Orders Page
When changing a BC Customer Code on a Shopify order:
Update Bill-To Customer automatically (currently manual).
Update Contact fields to match the new card’s primary contact (currently retains old values and causes errors).
When manually changing Bill-To Customer:
Same updates as above to avoid errors and manual re-sync.
Editable Bill-To Contact: Allow Bill-To Contact on Shopify Orders to be selectable and editable (currently only via RapidStart Config).
Customer Mapping Issues: If multiple BC accounts share the same email/phone, Shopify associates with the first one. Manual remapping fails if a Contact is already linked.
Bill-To Contact Variability: Support scenarios where webshop Bill-To Contact differs from the primary contact.
4. BC Shopify Customer
View Shopify Customer Addresses in BC.
Sync Enhancements: Update “Sync Customers” and “Add Customer to Shopify” to also create BC Customer Ship-To records.
Ship-To Number Series: Add configuration on Shopify Shops page to define the desired No. Series for Ship-To creation.
