In Business Events we don't see any standard events for Human Resources but There is a need where we need to create Azure AD user when a worker created in D365 F&O. Similarly when a employee Terminated we need to disable the same in Azure Ad we need standard business event so that we can make use of Microsoft flow to achieve this.

I had to create custom events for this I wish there is a standard events for this.
