The current playbooks implementation for dynamics is pretty weak. Simply defining tasks isn't an effective playbook strategy because many sales team must do outreach in multiple formats.

It would be great if playbooks could:
1) Leverage the email template activity to suggest in what order outbound communications should occur from introduction email template to a break-up email after 7 engagements
2) Improve the relative activity date so it is dependent on a specific activity. Today the system has a simple "task is due x days form creation" but in reality a task should only occur after the previous task was completed. For example: email sent with no response, then next email. Or phone call with LM disposition, call later that day.

Simple tweaks would add substantial value to the playbooks entity. Today its use case is a little light.
