Merge User Team access records through a Sub Grid on different Marketing lists records

- Go to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System
- Open the Entities drop down -> select Marketing Lists -> In the main window search for the check box which says "Access Teams" and select it.
- Now go to Settings -> Security -> "Access Team Tem
