To coincide with the Receivables Module, we would like to have the the Payables Transaction Entry window function the same way the Receivables Transaction Entry window does.

When changing the Payment Term on a transaction, it removes the Tax information. It should stay the same as the Payment Term has no effect on the Taxes.
