This is a formal design change request for Power Platform/Dataverse objects. We request an option in the environment settings that will enforce security role privileges in such a way whereby a user cannot receive access to an asset or component within an environment that does not align with the permissions of the environment-level security role. Said differently, their role at an asset/component level must inherit the rights/permissions from their role at an environment level. For example, if User A is provided a read only security role within an environment, they should be restricted from being an owner/co-owner of an asset/component within the environment because such a role would be inconsistent with the permissions/rights granted to their environment-level security role as owners/co-owners can directly edit assets/components.
