DMF entity to load employee name change history

Currently there is no way to bulk upload historical records for employee name changes in Talent (e.g. data migration to load employee history when migrating from a legacy system to D365 Talent). The DMF entity 'Person name history' is read only. It would be great if the DMF entity 'Person name history' could be enhanced to allow adding records to the history table.
