Currently when use integration via Data management and Batch posting processing, journals with some lines in error are executed as partially succeeded ( correct lines as completed and incorrect ones as error ). After correcting the previously error lines still can not be copied to target because the journal is already posted and as result all lines are displayed in error which creates deadlocks in the application. This system behavior leads to huge load of manual work.
Our suggestion is a flag on the journal header that indicates if all lines in the staging table to be transferred to a journal batch number have been successfully transferred to the target (the journal). After such change it would be very easy to use the flag when doing the selection for the automated batch posting of journals, picking only journals successfully transferred in full.
