There should be a way to stop intercompany journals from auto-posting in the destination company. Currently there is not any parameters which allow any control of the posting of IC journals in the destination company.
When there is a workflow setup for journals, it only initiates when creating the journal in the originating entity and it still auto posted in the destination entity.
Error message:

Repro steps:
1. Go to GL module> General Journals
2. Create a new GL bank transaction journal, click on Lines
3. Specify two different entities - Account type is Bank and the Offset Account type is Ledger
4. Post the journal in originating entity
5. Go to destination entity, the general has automatically posted.
