Currently Gender column available on the Worker form is coming form the People table which does not always serve to purpose. HR staff would normally maintain gender information on the worker form, not Global Address Book. Thus, this is a suggestion to add a Gender column that would be coming from the Worker table in the available column list on the Worker form.

Hi Agne,
Please consider not only Gender but also the other fields on the Party (Global Adress book) not populated automatically when creating a new worker. means, Birth date, Marital status -> Means all field existing in Worker and in Global adress book. if the fileds are automatically updated when creating or maintain a worker, the function add column based on fields from "people" will work.
Best regards
