When we save multiple line text data into Notes field of Social Pane and take the mouse over the notes that we added, it displays a tooltip with a multiple line text, which appears to be large tooltip. So there should be a way for disabling the tooltip for the Notes Field. so the users who do not want large tooltip to be appeared can disable the tooltip.
