I am thinking of a scenario, where the persons intent is described in a pdf, not in an email. This pdf would be scanned and liked as an attached document to the case. When creating the case summary, Copilot should summarize the intent of the case using this source as well, which is NOT possible today (according to my knowledge). The existing sources like email are not enough.
