Subject: CRM Request

Hello Microsoft Team,

I am writing to you in hopes that you will consider adding a feature to the Microsoft CRM. Currently, I can send a mass email out immediately, but I cannot schedule emails to go out at specific times. In sales, we have marketing campaigns where we schedule when specific emails will go out to certain groups of people (i.e.- Group A will get an email 3 days after we return from a conference where we met them).

The reason for scheduling an email is pretty simple. When I create a campaign, I know when I will be sending email correspondence to a large group of people so I just want to set it and forget it. Also, when I am out of town and know I won’t be in front of a computer to hit “send” exactly when I wanted my mass email to go out, I want to be able to pre-schedule the delivery date/time.

This is an EXTREMELY common feature that is found in 100% of the email marketing products out there (i.e. - Constant Contact email marketing, iContact, MailChimp, Benchmark Email, ExactTarget, Vertical Response, etc etc etc etc…….) Which is why I am so surprised (and frustrated) that Microsoft CRM, of all companies, lacks this feature in their mass email capabilities.

Can you add this feature into CRM so I don’t have to use two email marketing campaigns?

Thank you,
Melanie

Thank you for your feedback.

We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason:

With Dynamics 365 for Marketing we are providing a marketing automation tool that allows planning and automation of email messaging and much more.

Sincerely,
