I have many existing Business Central customers interested in the Payables agent and they are very happy about the functions for import and creation of documents etc. BUT they all stop at the same point in their decision process i.e. when we hit the approval of documents. They where actually ready to implement 1½ year ago but still waiting for the approval part to be mature (and expecting it to become standard and thus do not wish to make their own solutions on top of BC)

They request

• A website / approval portal experience where users do not login directly in BC
• A simpler UI than we have in BC
• Preferrably an easy way to handle permissions i.e. std. permissions set or similar for approval users so they can login to the approval site, see necessary BC data and do their approval but not actually log into BC
• Preferrably same approval site as where the Expense agent approvals are handled
• Mobile device friendlyness is very important
