User in Japan would like to distinguish Japanese accent, a sonant mark and a small circle attached to kana letters beginning with the [h]-sound to show they are to be pronounced as [p]
on quick find.
D365 set SQL collation based on base language and does not provide a feature to select collation settings thus quick search ignores accent mark.
Please add a feature to select SQL collation setting by customer side.
