Add Resignation Notice Date in EmploymentDetails Entity

We would like to capture resignation notice date from the Worker/Employee > Work > Personnel action > Terminate form. Have simulated the creation of the new field in the said form, and have noticed that we can add new fields in the Table 'Worker' only. However, what we need is to add it in the EmploymentDetail table.

We hope that you can consider to allow adding custom fields into the EmploymentDetail table via the Termination form.
