When calculating inventory to include on a Physical Inventory Order, there is not a method to include inventory items that do not have any transaction history. (Interestingly, there is a boolean when calculating inventory for a Physical Inventory Journal to include those items).

Adding this capability would be an improvement to the Physical Inventory process. I understand this may not apply in many cases, but having the option would be useful.
