Currently, all Hierarchy cards (Accounts, Contacts, Users etc) by default - display both Active / Enabled AND Inactive / Disabled records and this cannot be changed. This is very unhelpful as often one is using Hierarchy to check sets up / links etc. and to show Inactive / Disabled records can be very confusing. So allow the Admin - to choose if we want to display only Active, Inactive or both on the Hierarchy cards . To get around, we are displaying the "Status" field on these cards now, but even then, visually a disabled Child account is unhelpful and annoying in general. Allowing us to display Disabled / Inactive records SEPARATELY, would be useful - to clean up hierarchy.. which is difficult anyway once a record is made Inactive.
