Hi everyone,
I’m working with the Shopify Connector in Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS), and I’ve run into an issue with auto-syncing orders.
📘 Scenario:
- I have an active Shopify store with historical orders dating back to 2021.
- In Business Central, I only wanted to sync orders starting from January 2025.
- So, I used the standard “Sync Shopify Orders” action in BC and let it run manually, monitoring the results to ensure that only orders from Jan 2025 onward were pulled in.
- The sync successfully brought in all orders up to April 2025.
⚠️ Issue:
Now that we’re in May 2025, I want to:
- Enable Auto Sync Orders (via the Shopify Shop Card), so that new orders are pulled in automatically moving forward.
But here’s the problem:
- After enabling Auto Sync Orders, no new orders are being synced at all — even though new orders exist in Shopify from May 2025.
- If I try to use "Sync Shopify Orders" again, it attempts to sync from 2021, which I don’t want.
