Currently when you set up a maintenance checklist in a maintenance job type default, this checklist will apply only to any new orders created. If the checklist is a complicated one composed of 10 or more lines, it is too much of a tedious job to manually add all of those lines into currently existing work orders.

It would be good if the maintenance checklist functionality did the following

• Dynamically update existing orders with the maintenance job types with the most up to date checklist; or
• allow adding of templates within currently existing work orders to reduce manual input required for complicated checklists.
